Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and citrus blossom. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with fresh apricots, nectarines and citrus. A herbaceous thread leads onto a mouth-watering finish.
The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley. Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.
Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years. Delicious matched with clams in garlic butter or fresh fish and summer salads.
