Description

"An instantly appealing rosé, the inviting bouquet shows watermelon, stone fruit, red apple and floral aromas, followed by a succulent palate that delivers plenty of juicy fruit intensity together with whispering sweetness, wonderfully enhanced by silky mouthfeel and refreshing acidity. At its best: now to 2019" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2017.

Pale salmon pink in colour, this beautiful summer drop offers a bouquet of bright fresh aromatics of strawberry, redcurrant and candied cherry with hints of floral and vanilla. The palate is dry in style, with delicate red fruit and refreshing acidity. The sweet fruit is well balanced by a touch of tannin providing texture and length

Our Pinot Rosé was made from a mixture of pinot noir and pinot gris grapes. The pinot noir grapes were crushed and destemmed and held in our press for 24 hours before being gently juiced to tank. Hand selected parcels of pinot gris grapes were chosen to blend into the tanks before fermentation was prompted by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains. This delightful blend was fermented at cool temperatures to encourage and preserve its bright, lifted aromatics. Wine makers cellering advice is the 'Bonnie' is drinking well immediately, but can be enjoyed until late 2019.

A very nice fruity Rose. Not normally a wine that I would purchase but my good lady has certainly come up trumps with this wine.
