"This is beautifully ripe and fragrant on the nose showing rockmelon, fresh pear and stone fruit aromas, followed by a succulent palate that is rounded and nicely weighted. This wine has a rich luxurious nose with aromas of juicy pear, vanilla and sweet spice. A beautifully textured wine showing delicate, ripe flavours of fresh peach, textured with baked pear crumble and hints of honeysuckle. The finish is Harmonious and round with excellent weight and length.
The fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness from a selection of vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys. After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance the purity of varietal flavours.
