A round and soft Pinot Noir with flavours of ripe raspberries, red cherry and hints of mushrooms. The palate finishes with a nice oak lift and a touch of spice. Fine tannins create a silky texture and excellent mouthfeel.
Fruit was selected from a number of vineyards in Marlborough. A proportion of it went to oak where it underwent malolactic fermentation before being blended ready for bottling. An appealing and easy-drinking Pinot suitable for any occasion. Perfect for drinking now and will continue to develop well for 4-5 years from vintage date.
Food Pairing: A great food match with Thai beef salad.
