Divine ruby red in colourwith intense cherry and berry aromas. Rich on the palate with dark cherry, subtle floral and herbaceous notes. Excellent depth, fine tannins and a long vibrant finish.

1 x Rapaura Springs Reserve Marlborough Pinot Noir 2018

Dark cherry and blackcurrant fruits are complimented with complexing mushroom and black olive tapenade flavours. The palate is rich with combined dark and red berry fruits, including blueberries and cassis. The tannins are finely poised and silky and finishes with notes of dried herbs and cedar oak.

Fruit for the 2018 Reserve Pinot Noir comes from a selection of premium vineyard sites throughout Marlborough. Upon arrival the fruit is cold soaked for 3 5 days to extract the desired flavours, tannins and colour. Fermentation followed, in a selection of small open top tanks, using a selection of yeasts. The wine was plunged two to three times a day to extract colour and tannins from the skins. Select parcels were then allowed to macerate, further extracting colour and flavours after fermentation, for a further two to five days. After gently pressing the liquid off skins, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften the palate and was then aged with a combination of French and Hungarian Oak.

Dark cherry with a crimson hue. Dark aromatics with notes of ripe cherry, sage, dried bark and thyme emerging. Wonderful integration of ripe red fruits and velvety tannins across the palate. It has great density yet carries a very elegant feel as it flows towards the savoury dry finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with a roasted duck salad.

Attractively aromatic. Summer berry-­‐fruits, citrusy, floral notes and a lightly spiced herbal fragrance. Earthy, mushroom notes evolve ast he wine opens up. The palate is brightly red-­‐fruited with a light spicy savouriness and supple structure of well-­‐bound tannins. Exotic guava and quince with secondary preserve-­‐like notes. A refreshing plum skin tang and chalky, mineral edge balances riper flavours.

1 x Framingham Marlborough Pinot Noir 2017

Aromatics are reminiscent of smoked mreat, with light florals, red cherry and plum. Flavours of red Summer fruit compote and plum with savoury meat and graphite-like notes. Fine, well integrated tanin structure.

Framingham Pinot Noir tends to be a more "femine" style displaying grace and charm with strongly varietal flavours and some good structure to add interest.
