Description
"Pale peach colour with light orange and slight pink hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is light with gentle aromas of subtly fragrant aromas of orange blossom and yellow florals, along with suggestions of red fruit, nuts and thirst-quenching flint and mineral nuances. Dry to taste and medium bodied, the palate is tightly bound with a core showing subtle hints of red berry fruits, unfolding mouth-watering mineral elements. This is a classical, dry Southern French rose with subtle fruit flavours. Syrah and Granache fruit from Luberon Provence." Raymond Chan
"Elegantly fragrant, the bouquet shows rockmelon, lemon peel, dried grass and floral characters with a hint of ripe strawberry notes. The palate is finely textured and bright, and offers delicate fruit intensity and juicy acidity, leading to a lingering crisp finish. A delightful rose from the south of France, and offers fabulous drinking. At its best: now to 2017." Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, November 2016
