Description
Pale pink, with a beautiful aroma full of strawberry, blueberry, boysenberry, cranberry and floral notes. Fresh red berries and floral notes dominate the nose. The wine is vibrant on the palate, with lots of flavour, a creamy texture and mineral finish. Very attractive summer drinking.
Pinot Noir, (Abel clone) grapes were hand harvested, crushed into the press and given four hours skin contact to extract a little colour from the skins, then gently pressed. Cold settled, racked and fermented at 10ᵒC to retain fresh fruit characters. Bottled young and fresh. Cellar for up to 1 year. Best consumed Summer 2016/2017
Hand harvested from a selected vineyard block of high quality Pinot Noir, this wine has been made with gentle handling and fermented cool and clean to maximise the fresh vibrant flavours. Crisp, flavoursome and elegant this is a serious and rewarding dry Rose wine.
