Deep red in colour. Aromas and flavours of blackcurrant and cassis from the Cabernet and spice, pepper and plum from the Shiraz. The full bodied palate has plenty of rich fruit flavours, complemented by soft, elegant tannins on the finish, making it a perfect style of wine to enjoy at many different occasions.

The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks for a week. After malolactic fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to older American and French oak hogsheads for maturation for 12 months in order to provide added complexity, before blending and bottling.
