The courier service you use is pathetic. It took almost 2 weeks to get my order. They are abismal. NZ Couriers are great but the ones you use in auckland are useless. Your wine is always good and your staff are great. Havent had a chance to try the wine yet, but I always enjoy it. Regards. Jim
