Description
"This particular example delivers a powerful mix of both tropical and citrus. Produced from grapes grown in the eastern end of Rapaura road where boney braid rivers soils meet the more alluvial and younger silts. Pale yellow in colour with powerful grapefruit and passionfruit pith aromas and scented with bell pepper on the nose. A full complex and long quenching finish. Perfect with fresh asparagus drizzled with virgin olive oil and lemon infused balsamic vinegar." Greg Sinclair M2 Magazine 2016
Situated at the eastern end of Raupara Road where bony braided rive soils meet the more alluvial and younger silts. This convergence of soil profiles gives an overt lift and pungency to Sauv Blanc; while adding lovely crunchy phenolic textures.
Pale lemon yellow. Bouquet: Powerful grapefruit and passionfruit pith wit hscented bell pepper. Full, complex and a long quenching finish.
