A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grape varieties which were selected from vineyards sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.
Aromas of ripe red cherries and hints of ripe blackcurrant. The palate displays fresh flavours of tropical passionfruit, strawberries and pomegranate. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity a a long lingering finish.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They spent just a few hours on skins to extract the soft pink colour, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness. 
Ideal served chilled on a warm summer’s day with grilled fish and a fresh summer salad.

This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed within the next two years.
