Description
Subtle, pleasant and fresh with flavours of herbs and cherry jam with a long lasting and harmonious aftertaste. A pleasantly complex bouquet, flavoured with spices and figs, blackcurrants and blackberries.
Pre-fermentary maceration, temperature controlled fermentation, refining in oak barrels.
Food Pairing: Wines made with Negroamaro grapes such as this pair beautifully alongside traditional favourites such as simple pasta dishes or pizza, but can also with stand the heat going well with dishes that are just slightly spicy.
