It has been crafted to drink now, either on its own otherwise particularly well-suited to a variety of red meat dishes including BBQ spare ribs.
Sourced from selected vineyards within South-Eastern Australia, this modern and contemporary wine is fresh and vibrant. The contact with oak during fermentation adds some complex toasty characters.
