Typical region characteristics of white peach and nectarine with notes of vanilla and spice. The wine is rich and intense, leading into warm creamy notes of
vanilla and spice from the oak influence.
Pristine Martinborough Chardonnay fruit from the Nga Waka Estate. Long cool fermentation in stainless steel tank, aged with oak for 6 Months prior to release.
