Description
Garnet core with ruby reflects inthe glass. Aromas of very ripe red fruits on the nose. The palate is nicely structured with notes of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and liquorice. Nice spices and herbs on the finish.
The grapes (Grenache 85%, Syrah 10%, Cinsault 5%) were grown on vineyards situated on the left bank of the Rhône. The soil in this area is alluvial and gravely offering fantastic conditions for grape growing. once picked the grapes were destemmedand iwht vinification takeing place in stainless steel vats. Good extraction of the taninsduring the wine making process was made by punching down. Whilst the maceration lasted around 15 days. Vinification took place under temperature-controlled conditions.
