Description
Fruit was sourced from a single, highly performing vineyard on the fertile, free-draining soils of the lower Wairau Valley in Marlborough. The fruit was carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool of the evening at maximum flavor maturity and ripeness. This Sauvignon Blanc offers powerful intense aromas of white currant and fragrant tropical fruit with a hint of cut grass. The palate is crisp and fresh with flavours of luscious ripe grapefruit and green guava leading into a long lingering finish.
Well matched with smoked salmon and steamed green-lipped mussels.
