Our Spinyback Riesling has a lifted nose of jasmine, citrus blossom and green apple. Just a hint of residual sweetness nicely balances this wine’s bright acidity and mineral character. In the mouth this wine is plumped by the fore mentioned apple character and the palate coated by the chalky minerality. The juicy acidity and light spritz creating a long and refreshing finish. Lower in alcohol - this excellent lunchtime wine or a fresh accompaniment to light evening meals.
