Aromas of peach, vanilla custard and very light spice make this an appealing wine. Carrying through to the palate, these flavours are anchored by a mineral thread and are mouth filling and lingering. This wine will partner well with subtly flavoured dishes such as crumbed fish, white meats and creamy sauces.
