Yellow tail Pinot Noir has a very pretty nose, with prominent notes of wild strawberries and raspberries. The palate is enticing and delicate with fresh flavours of dark berry fruits and fresh cherries, with a hint of spice that lingers and leaves you wanting more. Enjoy with grilled salmon, terrine or crispy duck pancakes
