I've tried a lot of Sparkling Shiraz & also drink Sparkling Pinot Shiraz. If you like a Sparkling Shiraz on the dry side than this is the ticket. A lot of S/Shiraz's can be too sweet... I rate "Black Chook" top notch... if I could have a bottle ea night I wld be in 7th heaven..sadly I limited myself 1 bottle a week. Tremendous value for money, have seen it for $30.00 per bottle in a Wgtn Wine & Liquor store in Thorndon Quay.
