The Echo Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is fruit driven with refreshing acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
Beautiful lifted aromas of gooseberry, blackcurrant and passionfruit with an expressive palate of fresh citrus.
The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough and was fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characters.
A perfect match with seafood, chicken salad or fresh pasta. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.
