Mt Olympus overlooks the clean green valley and the flourishing vineyards of Marlborough. Renowned for producing some of the world’s best and most sought after wines.
This Mt Olympus Riesling is from select vineyards located in the Marlborough Valley. It is a fruit driven, easy drinking style with flavours of mandarin, apricot and a hint of honeysuckle. Perfect for drinking immediately or will continue to develop over the next two to three years from vintage date.
The grapes were harvested at peak flavour in the cool of the evening. It was then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was carefully blended, then balanced, stabilised and prepared for bottling.
An ideal match with seafood, pork or lightly spiced Thai cuisine.
