An elegant nose with notes of baked apple, citrus and appealing cinnamon and spice. Fresh flavours of pear, apple and a touch of sweat apricot. Mouthfilling and smooth with lively acids and a refreshing, lengthy back palate.
The fruit for this Pinot Gris comes from a selection of vineyards in the Wairau and Awatere valleys. All vineyards where the fruit was sourced exhibit moderate fertility and the grapes were carefully monitored during maturity to ensure they were harvested at the peak of flavour development and ripeness.
Enjoy on its own or with a tasty cheese platter.

A light and delicate flavour with good fruit and subtle nut tones. I enjoyed it much more than other reviews would have suggested. I will buy more of this if its still available.
