Produced from carefully selected vineyards in Marlborough this is a lovely fresh, fragrant and juicy Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is crisp and fresh with flavours of grapefruit, gooseberry and white currant leading to a herbaceous green capsicum twist.
Fine acidity provides balance and supports a long lingering finish.
Drink now or within the next two years. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood and garden vegetables.
