Description
Pale green in colour in the glass with lifted notes of citrus, snow pea and white peach. A fresh palate with concentrated tropical fruit flavours and a crisp, mouth-watering finish.
A warm spring was followed by a long, dry summer allowing the fruit to ripen evenly, producing intense fruit flavours with a generous palate.
Each vineyard batch was kept separate, gently pressed and cold settled. The juice was racked and inoculated with selected yeasts. A cool, closely-monitored fermentation followed, and once the wine reached perfect balance it was chilled and racked off its yeast lees. The wine was left to relax in tank before blending, fining and filtering.
