A very likeable, refreshing Rose made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes. This wine has a lifted nose showing aromas of watermelon and ripe strawberries with refreshing citrus and dill characteristics. The palate is juicy and flavoursome and displays attractive fruit intensity and vibrancy.
Ideally served chilled on a hot summers day with a range of different tapas. Perfect for drinking now, This Rose will continue to drink well over the next 2-3 years.

I reordered this wine because it is a light fruity tasting wine which suits my palate as a alternative to my other favorite Sauvignon Blank. I have only recently become a Rose drinker and this Wishbone is the best I have tasted - even compared with some more highly priced Roses.

Outstanding value for money, as the wine has great aromas, a fruity, strawberry-rose flavour and is dry but not exceedingly so. The wine has nothing of a Sauvignon Blanc taste. The careful use of Malbec has transformed the base variety used for the wine into something quite special, at the purchase price.
