Description

90pts... On the palate –dry, firm, crisp and textured – a wine that reflects it provenance with a masculine firmer finish and well placed to pair with food" Cameron Douglas Master Sommelier.

"Bright, crimson-hued pink colour with light purple hues on the rim.  This has a bright, intense, uncomplicated nose of strawberries and raspberries and cream with lifted florals and some whole berry fermentation confectionary elements.  Dry to taste, fresh, lusciously juicy flavours of raspberries and cream form a rounded core with good depth and some density.  The mouthfeel is refreshing with crisp acidity and the wine follows a fine, phenolic, dry-textured line.  Some jammy, juicy and sweet confectionary flavours and lifted red florals show on a light, moderately sustained finish.  This is a fresh, juicy rosé with raspberry and cream flavours and a dry mouthfeel.  Serve as an aperitif, with tapas and dim sum over the next 2 years.  Made primarily from Garnacha from Catalunya, fermented to 13.5% alc" Raymond Chan

"Fruity attack with a dusty crushed rock mineral under current, gentle spiced too with the suggestion of old oak use. On the palate –dry, firm, crisp and textured – a wine that reflects it provenance with a masculine firmer finish and well placed to pair with food" Cameron Douglas Master Sommelier

"This deep pink Spanish wine was easily our top pick with deep colour, intensely fresh red berry fruit aromas and full body, all of which over deliver on the 'pink wine' front. This delicious Spanish wine is lively, fresh and long in flavour" Tizwine.com

"Like its enormously popular red counterpart, this is instantly appealing with plenty of ripe peach, rockmelon and raspberry flavours as well  as smooth texture and refreshing mouthfeel. The wine shows pristine flavours and finishes long and lively. At its best: now to 2016" Sam Kim Wine Orbit

Pale raspberry in colour. Fragrant and sensual, it offers floral notes (confected rose) and delicate undertones of quince. The palate is clean and fresh with an uplifting touch of fruit acidity.
