Bishops Leap Marlborough Pinot Noir 2014
Description
This silky Pinot Noir has aromas of red berries and black cherries with hints of wild flowers and spice. A beautifully balanced wine with flavours of ripe red raspberries, red cherries and savoury oak to finish.
Fruit was sourced from a variety of Marlborough vineyards and harvested in the cool of the morning at optimum flavour maturity. This wine was hand plunged frequently throughout fermentation,carefully blended and gently prepared for bottling.
Well matched with lamb rack or woks just as well with pizza.
