A completely understated wine. Smooth, fruity, generous and sophisticated. For people who have not tasted it before, comments are usually "Wow, what is this?" The answer: it is probably one of the best kept secrets on the market. Blackmarket, please don't put the price up!!

What can I say? There are minor variations vintage to vintage, but this brew remains excellent, and superb value. Occasionally, I drift away to try something else, but I always come back. This is the 'go-to' sav, the one that's always in the fridge.
