This Methode Traditionnelle is a refined style sure to please. It has fresh fruit showing apple and rip citrus and a creamy finish to end.
Best enjoyed with seafood like oysters and crayfish.

Very nice Christmas bubbles. I would definitely buy Matahiwi Estate 286 again. Most Matahiwi wines I have tried have been very good wines.
