Description
88pts... silky texture and fine tannins
"It is elegantly lifted on the nose showing dark berry, floral, mixed spice and earthy mushroom aromas. It is nicely rounded and fruity on the palate, and displays silky texture and fine tannins. The wine is well proportioned and pleasingly dry. At its best: now to 2018." Sam Kim Wine Orbit, July 2016
Deep purple-red robe. Intense and full, with delicate hints of black berry fruits, spices. The spicy red-fruit character is confirmed with a full, lively structure and a
long tasty finish.
Food pairing : enjoy on its own or with Mediterranean cuisine, cheeses, grilled or roasted meat.
Our winemaker has selected the most beautiful grapes of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, from the best terroirs of Côtes du Rhône appellation
(Gard and Vaucluse).
Upon arriving in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. Each grape variety is vinified separately with the aim of extracting its individual character and aromas. 15 days of maceration .The wine is racked off and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The different grapes varieties are then blended. Ageing in vats for 6 months before bottling
