Description
"Smooth and creamy, moderately rich and succulent, offering an elegant mix of pear, honeydew and fig with touches of citrus and spice. Ends clean and pure" Wine Spectator
"Golden yellow colour. Waxy, toasty aromas and flavours of white toffee, vanilla candle, and dried pineapple with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-medium body and a polished, brisk lemon cream, nuts, and oak finish with light oak. A tangy, tasty chardonnay." Beverage Tasting Institute
Yellow gold hue. Tropical aromas with a minerally undertone. Apple and pear typical of Clarksburg Chardonnay. Chardonnay grapes grown in Clarksburg are known for their characteristic apple and pear aromas and flavours. Bogle winemakers have captured these refreshing and ripe notes. Spicy vanilla and nutmeg create an elegant counterpart to these fruit flavours. The creamy mouthfeel adds just the final touch on the finish, reminiscent of an apple and pear galette.
