Lifted aromas of white peach and apricot combine with well-integrated oak spice. Medium bodied with a soft round palate displaying ripe peach, fig and toasted hazelnut.
This wine is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough and harvested in the coolness of the evening to maintain fresh flavours. Some parcels of fruit were fermented in oak with a portion undergoing secondary fermentation to assist with softening the palate and adding complexity.
Perfect for drinking now or with careful cellaring will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years. Well matched with roast chicken, Caesar salad or creamy pasta.
