Description

"Bright pink, this blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir was grown in southern France and bottle-fermented. Full of personality, it is medium-bodied, with vivacious, strawberry, slightly peachy and spicy flavours, yeasty notes and excellent complexity and harmony" Michael Cooper, The Listener, Aug 2019

This Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose is made according to traditional method with a long ageing blend of Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir.
The wine has a beautiful salmon pink colour with a delicate and lingering sparkle. The bouquet presents a great aromatic richness and notes of red fruits of strawberry and raspberry.

The palate is characterised by a nice unctuousness and a wellbalanced acidity ending with a lingering and refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with sashimi, oysters, mussels and cured salmon.
