An easy drinking Rosé made from a combination of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grape varieties. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and spicy pear on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish.
The wine is enjoyable on its own or alongside foods such as salmon or grilled fish. Drink now to 2018
