Fruit for this wine was sourced from some specifically chosen vineyards from Marlborough’s wine region. A portion of the wine was aged in a mixture of new and older seasoned French oak and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Fruit driven in style with delicious blueberry and black cherry flavours. Finely balanced acidity leads to delicious round full palate with a warm powdered spice finish.
Drinking beautifully from the outset, this wine will mature into a fuller, more complex wine that can be enjoyed over the next five years.
Food Pairing: Well matched with salmon, calamari or beef with mushroom sauce.
