Aromas of fresh ripe strawberries and cherry with a hint of orange blossom. A crisp and fresh palate showing delicate wild strawberries and ripe cherries following through to a mouth coating lingering finish. A refreshing summer wine to enjoy chilled on a summer’s day or to compliment a BBQ of fresh seafood and salads.

This Rosé is a blend of Riesling and Merlot taken from selected vineyard sites. The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The grapes spent just a few hours on skins to extract the lovely colour of pale pink, then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fresh fruit flavours. At the end of ferment the wine was stabilized, filtered, and carefully prepared for bottling.
