A light golden sweet oil with an almond flavour. 

Originally from South West Asia, Sweet Almond Oil has become an essential ingredient in French and Italian baking and desserts. Today its preferred over refined almond oil as Olivado’s Extra Virgin Sweet Almond Oil is made from the cold pressing of raw almonds, which preserves all the natural goodness of raw, unroasted almonds. Contains no trans fats, additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

A good source of Vitamin E and Vitamin D. This makes it both a good food oil and skin care/massage oil. High in monounsaturated fats, almond oil helps reduce cholesterol. Monounsaturated oils used as dressings on salads and fruits increase the amount of goodness absorbed.
