This wine has a rich luxurious nose with aromas of baked pear, fresh citrus and jasmine. A beautifully textured wine showing delicate, ripe flavours of juicy pear, fresh peach and hints of honeysuckle. The finish is Harmonious and round with excellent weight and length.
Easy drinking and scrumptious - perfect for all occasions.
Fruit from this wine comes from fertile vineyards in the Marlborough region. The grapes were harvested at the peak of their flavour development in the cool of the evening to help retain purity of flavour from the vineyards. Cool fermentation was carried out exclusively in stainless steel tanks, using select yeast and the resulting wine was filtered prior to bottling.
Drink now or if you are patient will cellar well for up to three years from vintage date. Well matched with roast pork, stir fry vegetables or butterscotch cheesecake.
