This Rosé has intense aromatics of passionfruit and raspberry. These characters extend to the palate to give a fruit driven wine with impeccable balance and length. Serve lightly chilled.
This Mystery wine is grown on a variety of soil types in Marlborough. Gravels, clay loams and deep silt all provide different characters that are used to blend this wine.
Harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the aromatic fruit. Bottled young to capture the true essence of Marlborough.
Food Pairing: Seafood and Mediterranean cuisine, or drink as an aperitif with friends.

Love this wine. I don't think I've rated a Black Market wine before but this one is so nice I decided to tell you how good it is. Yes it's cheap and cheerful but very very drinkable.

I am used to good NZ roses, including sav blanc roses.They often do not have much sav. blanc about them. This one does-it is full of sav blanc and I highly recommend it, to a degree that I have just ordered another 2 cases
