Ingredients: Whole pears, kombu, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, clove, black tea, agave syrup, olive brine, sémillon verjus.
Food Pairing: Similar to a French country cider, #2 pairs well with soft cheese. Subtle caramel sour notes balanced with olive brine prove to be a great match with bbq pork and other roasted meats.
