"Aromas of red flowers and sweet red plum, violet and a crumbly clay pot soil quality. Delicate brown spices and a soft woody quality add complexity and charm. There’s a fine powdery tannin texture that touches the palate first followed almost immediately by flavours of plum and red berries, rose and nut. Sourced from vineyards of Garnacha from 10 to 30 years old.
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where all the aromas are preserved.
