Description

  • Blackcurrant
  • Hazelnut
  • Subtle spice
  • Fine tannins

"Delightfully ripe and inviting, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, blueberry, dried herb, hazelnut and subtle spice aromas, followed by a nicely rounded palate delivering smooth texture and fine-grained tannins, finishing succulent and pleasingly dry. At its best: now to 2024" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2021

Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red with purple lights. Red fruit (cherries, blackcurrants), with notes of pepper and spices. Fine tannic body, with notes of pepper, liquorice, fine persistence, and long taste.

A typical blend of 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 40% Syrah which offers a unique taste.

The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days at a controlled temperatureand pressed gently. The wine is matured in stainsless tanks to conserve the rich aromas.

Food Pairing: Red wine that can be served with a large number of dishes: red meat, cold meats, salad and many types of cheese.
