A luscious and generous flavour packed palate of sun kissed oranges and fresh strawberries. The palate is full and focused with great length. Perfect for drinking now this wine will be at its best over the next two years.
The fruit was specially selected and machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The soft pink colour was extracted by having the grapes spend just a few hours on their skins. Fermentation occurred in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
