It is creamy and lush with gentle mousse. This is an elegant, finely concentrated Vintage Champagne with beautifully balanced stonefruit and bready autolysis on a seamless palate. An expertly composed Champagne!

A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with ageing for more than 7 years in dark cellars until it reaches perfect maturity.
