Dark inky purple in colour. Rich aromas of blackberry, plum and milk chocolate with aniseed and vanilla. Rich, thick and intense palate of dark berry fruit flavours with hints of liquorice, mint chocolate and sweet mocha.
Further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from grapes, the winemaking team carefully blend our vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink.
At Grant Burge wines, they challenged themselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. Grant Burge Barossa Ink is a new and distinctly different wine style. Intense and opulent wines, from the heart of the Barossa, with a colour so dark it’s almost ink.
