With delicious aromas of sweet raspberries and ripe melon. The palate displays flavours of sun kissed peaches and fresh strawberries with subtle nuances of dried herbs. A delicious dry Rosé with crisp acidity and a full mouth feel.
Elegant salmon pink in colour this Rose is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grape varieties sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the evening when the fruit was at peak maturity. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate colour then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

This is a pleasant rosé and delivers as described: with a sweetness of strawberry and raspberry. Equally drinkable either chilled or at room temperature…and delivered at a great price point.
