Vallformosa are a family owned label that have been around for 150 years. Their Cava's are born on their own soil, from extensive nuturing of which they have learned to value it's rewards. They are the 4th largest producer of Cava and currently export to over 54 countries.

Pale yellow with greenish reflections in the glass, Vallformosa Cava is a bright sparkling wine with fine persistent bubbles. Good aromatic intensity of fruity aromas, including green apple and fresh herbs like fennel welcome the nose. These fruiter elements also combine with notes of white flowers and citrus in the bouquet to offer complexity. The palate is balanced and dry while soft, resulting in well balanced acidity and a fruity aftertaste.

Very pale pink cherry. Fine, persistent bubbles and abundant formation of rosaries and dense crown. Clean and bright. On the nose aromas of red fruits like cherries, strawberries and blackberries are presented. Also appearing floral aromas of roses and notes of undergrowth. The palate is intense, fresh, large and persistent with hints of red fruits. Very fresh and lingering finish with hints of strawberry and raspberry.
