Bright yellow straw colour with some greenish hints. Lively perlage (bubbles) , intense and fresh flavour with hints of golden apple and citrus fruit, good intensity. Fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
100% Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso and produced in the traditional Prosecco style.
Light pressing and vinification within the traditional (Charmat) method at controlled temperatres.
Food Pairing: Perfect for Aperitif (alone or inside cocktails like Aperol spritz, Bellini, Martini Royale). Appetizers, meat and fish.
