Hidden in the rural village of Waitoki is a small, family owned distillery where passion for great tasting spirits, experimentation and good conversation lives. The name, Washhouse Distillery, is a nod to where it all began — a backyard laundry, and the home of Waitoki’s very own gin.
Small-batch distilled in a handmade copper still, bringing together a blend of traditional and local botanicals with fresh, locally grown fruits.
